Supports 135 wholesale accounts from Stumptown’s Seattle Roastery that include businesses in Washington, Idaho, Montana, Alaska, Vancouver BC, and Calgary

Oversees training program for Stumptown Seattle’s retail cafes and wholesale partners

Led a redesign of all brew guides and training documentation that included a team of 10 trainers across 4 US markets: Seattle, Oregon, LA, and New York.

 

Victrola Coffee Roasters and Whidbey Coffee Co

2007 – 2012

Head Trainer

Created original designs for all of Victrola Coffee Roasters printed signs, brochures, and merchandise over a 4 year period.

Oversaw training program for Victrola Coffee Roasters and it's sister company Whidbey Coffee Company providing support for over 100 employees and 35 wholesale accounts

Developed an online training program for Victrola Coffee Roasters and Whidbey Coffee Company including modules on Seed to Cup, Roasting, Cupping, Drink Preparation, Home Brewing, and Customer Experience with an accompanying test regimen and training outlines

Designed and wrote a 65 page Drink Training Handbook for Whidbey Coffee Company as well as on-site drink reference cards

Successfully completed a retraining of all 75 Whidbey Coffee baristas and 9 managers to new drink standards and preparation techniques

Jasper's Coffee Company

1997 - 2007

Manager and Trainer

Managed 3 locations and f acilitated build out of Virginia Mason South cart into full service Cafe & Deli

Developed training program including 40 page Employee Handbook
